Proceed through your normal steps for creating a new Requisition in Everest, once you are done adding all the information and are ready to send it off for approval follow these steps:
Step 1: On the top right corner of the window- Maximize the requisition window
Step 2: On the left-hand side - Change your zoom to 150%
Step 3: Use Shift + ⌘ (command) + 4 see below in img 1- to take a screenshot of a selected area (in this case the requisition page) Your mouse will change to a small plus/cross symbol see img 2 below

Step 4: The screenshot will save to your desktop, you can now rename it to the Req## and move it into the folder of your choosing.
Step 5: Open & compose a new email and attach the screenshot to send off the REQ for approval. The REQ and backup documents can be attached as separate items in one email to Accounts Payable.
