Chromebooks "...Not Authorized..." at sign-in, District Wide.

Chromebooks both new and used are receiving the message "You are not authorized to use this device.  Please contact the administrator for sign-in permission."  This has been reported to Google Support as Critical.

UPDATE: Google services have been restored as of 10:50AM.
