Access voicemail from a desk phone

From your extension

1. Dial 555. When prompted, dial your voicemail code.
   • Press 1 to listen to new messages.
   • Press 2 to review old messages.
   • Press 3 to review group messages**.
     **Available only if you are a member of a Ring Group.

From another extension

1. Dial 500.  When prompted, dial your extension and then your voicemail code.
   • Press 1 to listed to new messages.
   • Press 2 to review old messages.
   • Press 3 to review group messages**
     ** Available only if you are a member of a Ring Group.

Create or change your voicemail greeting

1. Access the voicemail system:
   • From your own extension: Dial 555 and enter your voicemail code, followed by the # key.
   • From another extension: Dial 500, enter your extension number, then enter your voicemail code, followed by the # key.
2. Press the * key to enter the main menu.
3. From the Main Menu, Press 2 to change your greeting and follow the subsequent audio prompts.
