Resetting Your Staff Password

1. Go to the Central’s Website: www.Centralunified.org

   Scroll down the page until you see the QUICK LINK box. 

   Select ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT.

This will send you to Rapid Identity.

2.  Enter your username, this will be the start of your email address, everything before the @ symbol

     ~Enter your current password or the provided temporary password

     ~ Then select GO

~If Prompted, Select CLICK HERE to change your password

~You may skip the entry of challenge questions if prompted, We do recommend setting these up for future use.

3. When logged in click on your name in the red section, then Change Password 

~New Passwords Must meet these requirements: 

-8 characters in length

-1 Uppercase 

-1 Number 

-Cannot include: 

     First/Last Name 

     Email Address/Username

     Central
